Overview

The Yale Foreign Policy Initiative's High School Essay Contest is designed to give high school students a chance to demonstrate their robust knowledge about foreign affairs to the Yale community and beyond. Winning essays will be published on an international forum, showcased on the YFPI website and Instagram, and receive a cash prize. Yale students and faculty thoroughly review the entries and select essays that are the most sophisticated, original, and forward-thinking on today's global issues. Submissions from all countries and grade levels are welcome.
